Since 2016, Team Rehab Solutions (TRS) has expanded across multiple regions and service streams. Since then, our team has grown significantly, our services have evolved, and the needs of our clients, participants and referral partners have continued to evolve.
With that in mind, we’ve built a website that is easier to navigate, more informative and designed around the needs of the people who use it most.

One of the most significant improvements is our new referral submission process. The upgraded intake forms have been designed to make referrals faster, easier and more intuitive, helping reduce administration downtime while improving efficiency for everyone involved.

We’ve created a dedicated referral journey page to help clients, families, support coordinators, healthcare professionals and case managers understand exactly what happens after a referral is made.
