We provide mobile allied health services across the Moreton Bay region including Caboolture, North Lakes, Redcliffe, Morayfield, Burpengary, Narangba, Deception Bay and surrounding suburbs.

Our team support:

  • NDIS participants,
  • Support at Home (aged care) clients
  • Private patients

Providing services in your home allows our clinicians to support you to stay healthy, independent and confident in your own homes and communities.

Supporting NDIS, Support at Home and Private Clients

As Moreton Bay is one of the fastest growing areas in Southeast Queensland, with expanding residential areas and growing family neighbourhoods, we understand that providing access to in-home allied health services is essential for ensuring people can receive the support they need close to home.

Our team regularly works with:

  • NDIS participants living with disability
  • Older adults receiving Support at Home packages
  • Private patients seeking community-based allied health care

Our services are tailored to your goals, health conditions and support environment. Whether the goal is improving mobility, supporting rehabilitation, managing health conditions or maintaining independence, our team focus on you to provide practical outcomes that make a difference in your everyday life.

A Collaborative Approach to Care

Many people receiving allied health support benefit from input across multiple disciplines. Our Moreton Bay clinicians work closely together to ensure care is coordinated and aligned with your needs. This team-based approach allows us to provide more comprehensive care and support long-term health outcomes.

Working With Referrers and Families

We place strong importance on the relationships we build with referrers, families and care teams across Moreton Bay. Our clinicians, client care coordinators and administration teams collaborate closely with support coordinators, case managers, general practitioners and other health professionals to ensure you receive timely, appropriate and well-coordinated support.

We accept referrals from:

  • Support coordinators
  • Case managers
  • Healthcare professionals
