TRS NEW GRADUATES
Step Into Your Future
At Team Rehab Solutions (TRS), our purpose is to inspire, engage, and empower people on their journey of health and wellbeing. To do this, our multidisciplinary graduate program is built entirely around support. You will work alongside families and the medical community, collaborating with a diverse network of allied health professionals while receiving dedicated, 1:1 clinical mentorship.
As part of the Sports & Spinal Group, you get the warmth of a purpose-driven community team combined with the robust training, resources, and career pathways of an established industry leader. From New Grad Week onward, you are fully supported to deliver the best possible rehabilitation solutions.
What Does TRS Offer graduates?

The transition from student to clinician is a massive leap. At TRS, you are never left to figure it out alone. You’ll have dedicated, scheduled mentoring giving you a safe space to unpack complex cases with senior supervisors who genuinely have your back.
Flexible Arrangements
Skip the guesswork and build clinical confidence fast. Your journey kicks off with our dedicated New Grad Week to give you a foundational toolkit in days, followed by regular in-services, shadow shifts, and collaborative learning events all year.
Collaborative Team Power
Grow your skills in your specific discipline while gaining massive exposure to a wider allied health network. Because TRS is part of the established Sports & Spinal Group, you get a close-knit team culture backed by major industry resources.
Purpose Out In The Field

NEW GRAD WEEK
Our TRS New Graduate Program has been running since 2021, and we have refined every detail based on real feedback from clinicians just like you. Forming part of the wider Sports & Spinal Group, your journey kicks off with an intensive, immersive New Grad Week packed with practical demonstrations, workshops, social events and insights from industry leaders to give you a foundational clinical toolkit in just a few days.
The hands-on support continues as you transition into your active caseload. You’ll be matched with a dedicated mentor from your specific discipline and engage in regular shadow shifts, giving you direct access to multidisciplinary senior guidance as you manage cases. With built-in milestones like our mid-year New Graduate Refresher Training, you will always be fully supported to thrive beyond your first year.
