By delivering services where people live, our clinicians can better understand daily routines and provide practical support that improves everyday function.

Our mobile services include physiotherapy, occupational therapy, exercise physiology, dietetics, speech pathology, remedial massage therapy, and allied health assistant support.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

You can book an appointment with us as a private patient without a referral. However, if you are looking to access a rebate through a Medicare GP Management Plan (GPMP), you will need to discuss this with your doctor and have the paperwork completed before your first session.

Many private health insurers offer rebates for allied health services like physiotherapy or occupational therapy. Because every policy is different, we recommend contacting your provider directly to check if you are covered for ‘mobile’ or ‘in-home’ consultations. After your session, we will provide an invoice that you can submit to your fund to see if you are eligible for a rebate.
